New workouts?
Dead app?
Love the app but one problem.
Great app, but could use some improvement.
Firstly, is the communication between the user and the developers, i.e. when new programs are coming out or updates are happening.
Secondly, some minor improvements to the sub headers above the type of exercise that is to be completed needs expansion. The entire sentence can’t be read in some instances.
Thirdly, and I may be the only one bothered by this, but the ability to listen to a third party music platform whilst playing a demonstration of the exercise is a no go. In order to listen to music and watch how to do the exercise properly, I have to go out of the app and start my music again and then go back to the 4PillarsFit app. Annoying, but not an app killer.
Sustains: I love the app. The aforementioned gripes are minuscule when it comes to the main goal of the app, and that is to advise and assist you on your journey to get functionally fit. Overall, it gives the user a substantial amount of the meat and potatoes.
Shoutout to Tim and Juan for everything they've done and put into this, as well as, everyone else involved. Keep up the great work and continue improving.
Good start hope it keeps improving
It would be great to be able switch out equipment. Have a video of the exercise your doing as you progress through the program and scale certain programs
Also better details on the program. Some of the math and times doesn’t add up. It will say 20 minutes is the total timing but than 10 rounds of EMOM with 3 exercises. 3 exercises in a minute seems aggressive but otherwise each movement gets its own minute for 10 rounds which would be 30 minutes total.

Good
Not worth it

Hey Tim, Thanks for reaching out to 4Pillars Fitness. Please keep in mind Tim does not write all the programming for the app. Many of the workouts he post on social media are designed for a group working out together based on who is present. The plan on our program and the future ones we will be releasing as his Signature programs are results-driven programs he has used when following a specific plan. - The 4Pillars Fitness Team

Hey There, Thanks for reaching out to 4Pillars Fitness. This is something we are looking to add to the app in the near future in an update. Please keep checking back. -The 4Pillars FItness Team
Hopefully there’s more
I’m pleased with the intensity in the paid workouts, but there really needs to be some added features, especially for $15/mo. For instance, having a timer as you move to each workout or group would be helpful. As it stands right now, the timer takes up the whole screen and you can’t watch a video or remind yourself of reps without clicking out of the timer. Also it’s kind of disappointing that the Intermediate plan is literally the same exercises for 10 weeks in a row. But if that’s going to be the case it would be great to have fields to put your weights so you can track progress.
It’s very incomplete and basic for a fitness app, much less one that’s $15/mo… I’m not sure that value is there as it stands. Yeah they’re good workouts, but there’s not variety from week to week. Needs more features.

Hey BamaBaller, Thanks for leaving some feedback on the app. We will definitely look at this with our design team to see how some of these ideas can be implemented. We will be constantly improving and updating the app over the course of it's life. Regarding the workouts, in some programs the workouts will be the same week to week, albeit the rep and set scheme will change and so should the weight week to week. This is how we progressively overload the body to achieve growth and results. We hope you consider continuing to use the app as we make improvement and continue to release more programs. - The 4 Pillars Fitness Team
