great if you hate things working correctly or efficiently
my favorite part is it telling me i didnt make my payment (that i made) and then not letting me make the payment so that i just cant do my laundry. there is no support feature on the app and i cant find any online either. the error message i get even has typos in it that make it useful (please your payment method??). added a payment method and it doesnt even show up as an option, even when i set it to default.

A hate it
As a resident, I have not been able to reset my password for a month. The app keeps logging off and makes it difficult to use. Timing is totally wrong. I don’t know why someone will use this app. It’s so frustrating.
Many bugs
The app hardly ever works, and doesn’t open for me majority of the time. Makes it impossible to actually use the app, and there’s absolutely no support or solutions for the issue
I wish I could give zero stars…
This system has been implemented at my university and the general consensus here is negative. This app has made doing laundry even more stressful. 4thID needs to go.
As a resident-
Great system and app, very easy to use. But, I wish there was a way to favorite or bookmark areas instead of having one area page that has every single registered machine area in the country. I have to scroll down through the list and search for my machines, or go through my account history to access it.
