Almost there
Would love a longer and deeper tone bell. 5 stars to get there! Great app otherwise.
good app, but too often ringing even when set to “infrequent”
Using this app, the bell is good but the notifications were too often so i changed settings from default to “infrequent”. For some reason I started getting even more bells, in the span of ten minutes I got 3. If the purpose of the app is to help with relaxation this is a failure because after a while it became infuriating and I had to turn it off. The “default” setting was about every half hour to an hour so I would assume infrequent should be between 1-2 hours apart.

This perfectly fills the function of a simple, unobtrusive reminder throughout my day to gently bring my mental focus back to where I prefer it to be.

Love it when it works!
Downloaded it about 6 months ago and have had a problem since the beginning. It works for a day then stops. All my notifications are turned on. If I open it on my phone and check everything (there’s little to check ) it will then start to work again, for about a day.. very frustrating! Eloise491
Good, But Misses the Point
It’s good, but it stops sending reminders after two days or so….
Repetitive
I like that you can set it to send random reminders, but there were only about 4-5 different messages/reminders. I wish their was more variety.
Best gentle reminder
Lotus is a perfect reminder throughout the day to breathe, drop my shoulders and just pay attention to the moment.
Very useful
A challenge for the ardent practitioner is simply to remember the training. A mindfulness bell really comes in handy. It would be nice if there were a few bell options, such as a deeper, lower pitched one
