What an amazing experience!!!!
Hello!!! I'm on day 7 of the easy weight loss VGB . I'm posting my results!!! I have lost 10 lbs! I am so excited!! I listen to the included fitness motivation in the morning before I even get out of bed and listen to the bedtime version of the therapy as I fall asleep. I have found some amazing changes taking place and I'm just letting them happen! I'm walking and I have joined the local YMCA to increase my opportunities and to increase my fitness level! I'm so proud of my progress, I followed the tapes only initially but now I'm looking into all of the included tips and guidelines! Within the program they discuss a table filled with non-healthy foods. With the instruction to clear off the non healthy foods and then fill it with healthy food choices. I was out eating on day 4 at a very popular fast food restaurant as I asked u self if I was still hungry, I was already wrapping back up what was left and pushing it away from me. I literally pushed it away just like the non-healthy foods!!! To me this is proof positive this program works. This to me was my body answering the question of not only was I hungry but was this good good for me!! I'm excited to know my subconscious is listening and working for me!

Crazy
When I saw this app,I thought, why not.i listened at night when I went to bed for 3days. after the 3rd day I was at work and someone offered me a piece of candy (I love candy). the strangest thing happened, I said no thank you. I thought what? Did those words just come out of my mouth? The weird thing was, it absolutely did not appeal to me at all. It's been 6 days, now I noticed I shop and buy no junk. Strange,but I'm going to stick to it.

There is a reason you need to take 28 days to the surgery day.
I'm still not there for the surgery day but I've already lost 10 pounds... It is amazing. I cannot wait for the surgery day. Since I am very over weighted, I will still need 20 more pounds to loose, but I am very confident that I am going to be able to achieve this. Past 20 years, nothing worked but this. Thank you so much for changing my life. I cannot appreciate enough...!

Freedom from dieting FOREVER
I have been listening to this nightly for 7 weeks and have lost 28 pounds, so far. I am no longer on a diet so when I eat something unhealthy, I haven't 'blown' it. This teaches you to eat like a slim, fit, healthy person. I no longer eat special diet foods or drink special diet drinks. I eat what my family eats, just in much smaller quantities. I never used to like to drink water, but now I crave it. I have learned to listen to and trust my body. I eat when I am hungry, truly hungry, not bored or emotionally hungry, and stop when I am satisfied, not when my plate is empty or I am stuffed. I often want some potato chips in the evening, but 3 or 4 satisfies me. I no longer buy those king size candy bars at the check out and inhale them in the car on the way home so nobody else knows. I just don't even think about buying them. If I do get stuck in line beside them, they just don't interest me anymore. It is truly the most amazing thing I have ever found. I just wish I had found it sooner. At 54, I wasted thousands of dollars on diets, diet programs, and diet doctors over the years. They worked but only temporarily. When I stopped, the weight always came back.
It is so simple but so life changing. Go ahead, give it a try...you know you want to finally lose the weight and live like a slim person.

It works! I'm walking proof
I struggled for years with my weight and really never thought I would get back to my happiest weight which was before I had kids. My nurse told me one day about Virtual Gastric Band Hypnosis and I was a little worried at first. But I gave it a chance. I understand what my body wants and needs now. I can tell when I am hungry or just bored. I want to drink water and exercise daily. I look forward to listening to Sue's words daily for relaxation and a reminder of what I have to do to succeed. I no longer just think about food and what I can and can't eat. I live now...smaller and happier. The best part of this program for me is the support I get through Facebook.

I have found myself making significant changes in my eating habits since listening. This is not magic. But it works. The key is in listening to the hypnosis sessions each and every day and or night. Also, following the guidelines provides immeasurable help.
I played around with the app for several months, listening sporadically and not really following the guidelines of eating only when hungry and of eating only what I really wanted. But something finally shifted in my brain and being in January of 2014 and I have lost weight steadily since. As of March 8, 2014, I have released 30.1 pounds and have been liberated from junk food cravings.
I now audit myself every time I eat: am I hungry? Is the food before me health promoting? Am I eating slowly and savoring each bite? Am I stopping when I am no longer hungry but not full or uncomfortable?
I leave something behind on my plate. I eat much smaller portions because my stomach is smaller after following the program. It's all good!!!
I think some of the less than favorable reviews are motivated by reasons unrelated to the app itself. I have experienced great results.

It Really Works!
Although I loved it from Day One, I intentionally waited a while before writing a review til I saw real results. I've lost almost 8 lbs. in two weeks! And SO easily! The best part is, this "program" has completely changed my relationship with food and the way I eat. I love that there's no negativity or the usual diet "suffering". It's all positive, logical and smart. One thing - and this is just my deal - I don't want to tell anyone close to me how I'm losing weight. I just worry they might snicker at it and make me feel like hypnosis is silly. I'd never be able to explain how cool it really is and I just don't want any chance of messing with a good thing. Anyway - hope you try it and it works for you too!
