Wallet doesn’t work
I topped up my wallet and I cannot buy tickets instead the application just hangs .I have tried to buy tickets from this application a number of times and it just wont work .I have emailed them a number of times and they never respond
Tickets don't show
App used to be great but now my active tickets won't show after buying them. I still get an email confirming the purchase but it doesn't allow me to view the tickets. Almost got a fine because of this issue.

Timetables are wrong
Doesn’t use live travel data so goes solely on timetable, and both buses and trams are always late, so you miss the connection far too often. No option to have longer transfers so mainly just a source of frustration other than for finding out what the route is.

Works in Poland but shows map of Prague but no information

Awful
Received a fine of 122 zloty for not being entitled to a reduced ticket. The creators of this application have not done a proper job of informing who is eligible and who is not for a reduced ticket. I am a student and have a student card, yet received a fine for not being enrolled in a Polish university or having an ISIC card.

Completely wrong schedules
I use this sometimes to follow the route of a bus, but because the bus schedules are completely wrong, it’s no help at all in planning a trip! So disappointing. I don’t know if some routes changed their schedules and the app just didn’t update the times, but it needs to be fixed.
