Nieaktualne rozkłady jazdy, jest to szkodliwa aplikacja!
Drugi września i oczywiście nie raczono dostosować aplikacji do nowych rozkładów jazdy, mam brak zaufania do pokazywanego w aplikacji czasu odjazdu, odradzam używanie.
iPhone 12 login issues
I love this app and use it everyday in Warsaw. I recently upgraded to an iPhone 12 and now I can’t login to my account. The app still works fine on my iPhone 8. I’ve logged in and out on my iPhone 8 without any issues. Anyone else having this problem?

No apple pay
After the last update the app forces you to use a wallet and buy credit. It won’t allow you to use apple pay to purchase a ticket. Huge turn off. This app is not recommended! Update: now you cannot buy tickets yet they forced you to top up their wallet so your money are sat in a wallet you can’t use.

Steals your money – Kradnie pieniądze bez biletu
Used to like this app but after having bought two tickets twice without actually receiving the tickets in the app I seriously don’t recommend this. Wrote several times to them with screenshots. Nothing.

Tickets purchase
Terrible service! I was refilling my wallet, they took money from bank account but it wasn’t showing on the app🤯. And I cannot contact the service manager… I hate situations like this
Easy to purchase tram tickets
Visiting krakow and had hard time buying tram tickets. In Warsaw could buy contactless but here only with coins!! The app is great, was a bit suspicious in the beginning but works perfectly and has app with tram times and routes.
Terrible
The service was down and I couldn't buy any ticket. Also they try to steal money from you by forcing to constantly"top up" your account. Try moBILET instead as it's much better design and less bugs than this app.
