Best Polish City Travel App!!
Love this app. From Warsaw to Kraków, it’s the best way to figure out how to get somewhere on public transit. You can even buy tickets through it. Love it.

A solid app and fantastic for travels across Poland
This app has been useful for my travels proving great routing and enabling safe ticket purchases. The use of an e-wallet, while understandable, a slight frustration as I don’t like to leave money locked in systems. That said, they have a published refund policy so I’m not worried.
The one change that would be great is some additional information included. For example, when do children need a ticket? Do they qualify for a reduced fare? What is the difference in the ticket types being offered to me?
Overall, I strongly recommend the app.

A phone number is mandatory but the app does not have enough characters for a full phone number
It may be because my phone number is not Polish, but it has 11 digits and the phone number field in-app has only 10 spaces.

Hello! Currently, numbers whose length does not exceed 9 digits (not including the area code) are accepted. However, we are working on a solution that will allow to enter longer numbers. Greetings! 🙂

Fraud when buying tickets - AVOID
My wife just bought a ticket through this App, instead of charging her 4.40 it charged her 4.49 89.00 = 93.49! and she gets a message that she's just subscribed to some media thing ... ... that can be cancelled if, get this, you make an overseas call to a UK number ! The App is fine but DO NOT BUY TICKETS THROUGH THIS !

Very Unappropriate ad
I was in shock as a mother of 5 to be forced to watch ad with women showing their breasts!!!! I couldn’t exit the ad. My little children will be forced to watch something like that! It’s a shame!
Absolutely useless
The timetables are absolutely wrong, at least in Cracow. Not only that, it does not show all the connections, I need to close the search and open it again and then it shows me more options. Useless and annoying.
