New version fixed international phone numbers

They finally allowed me to add my UK phone number to the account which lets me use my balance now on trams. I like the timetable information as well 👍

Forces you to top up wallet, must have Polish phone number

Be warned, if you don’t have a polish phone number you won’t be able to buy a ticket. It’s even more infuriating because your credit card is charged first. The app should ask for a polish phone number first before collecting money. There shouldn’t be an option to select other countries phone number prefixes. This is stealing!

Even by Polish standards this is abysmal

Poor quality laggy unresponsive app that constantly loses its position and ends up getting you fined after fine after fine. These ‘devs’ should be taken out and taught dev skills from lesson 1 upwards and give their mentors big huge sticks with 9’’ nails to beat them with every time their latest build does not work. Lamentably bad… this app would make even Indian developers look good.

City break to Krakow

Our hotel was 4 miles out side city centre (we where told it was close to city centre) this app was invaluable. Type in where you want to go and it works it out for you…easy to use, just fantastic.

Great for Krakow, not working in Wrocław

Worked perfectly in Krakow and was an easy way to get around the city. Since we’ve arrived in Wrocław it will not work at all. Not sure if it’s the latest update or just that it isn’t working here but it is frustrating!
