If you don’t have a chinese phone number it’s easy for the drivers to scam you and there’s nothing you can do. Driver took my entire order after marking it delivered and I wasted substantial time trying to get my money back to no avail. They will happily take your money and then deny you a refund.
Stupid algorithm
Listing a restaurant 7km away from me, while there is one of the same chain 700m away. I always order from the one close by, but when day this stupid App just decided to make me pay more for delivery and to make the rider go extra 7km unnecessarily.

Need delivery confirmation option
All too often, I e received notice that my food has been delivered. Yet, I’m in my home with no food.
Best food delivery platform in China but…
The best choice in China - no real competition to be honest (Sherpa included!). However it would be even better if it had an English option, not for vendors as this would be too difficult for them and result in many of them not bothering joining or quitting the platform. Having said that, English app specific content (categories, delivery information, settings…) would considerably increase ease of use for all the immigrants living in the country. Furthermore, the app could also offer translation for Chinese-only menus just like WeChat now offers in-page translation in official accounts. This would avoid customers who can’t read Chinese having to take screenshots of each page and translate them in order to place an order! One can only hope!!

A privacy craving monopolistic bully app
It requires your album and mic accessibility to give a comment on a dish. Absurd. I am not alright with it postponing your order simply because you use student subscription, while not knowing if it has jacked the price already. You are forced to be blind to price discrimination and service discrimination on this platform.
