小心骑手 be careful with their rider
It is being taped that one of their rider carried weapon(yes it is the correct word) with him and killed a cat that wasn’t even in his way brutally. So far the company hasn’t responded, I think it speaks of its value somehow.(and I am a paid member,bye)
Fantastic Except…
So basically if it took ages for a courier to respond and you tried to contact the customer service they’d just play for time, giving you the usual rubbish like we’re hustling VERY hard and please please wait out a bit longer. Try get them to cancel the order, I dare you. Like what’s the point angry-staring at your phone wondering whether you’re pleading with a human or a bot. I know every cancelled order hurts the bottom line, but seriously? Can you get any bigger than this delivery business in China?
And of course good luck go cancelling the order yourself. The restaurant will NOT be happy — even if you phoned in advance they’d kick the can back to CS saying they got the power to direct couriers.
99% of the time it’s okay. But pray on Sweet JC’s life you don’t ever have an order hanging out in limbo. Chances you will though, sooner rather than later.

I’ll be listening to music, then open the app to order food… why does this food ordering app stop my f music? I just want to order food, I don’t want to f watch a video about it. This is not an entertainment app, and it’s trying too hard to do too much

Estimation Errors
Wrong estimation of delivery time ruins my appetites for every recent order. Will never order through this app anymore.
Extremely Bad App
I had been renewing quarterly membership for last two years and I used to get frequent deals. I took a yearly membership 3 months back. Now I hardly get any deals or coupons. I wasted my money on annual membership. It’s blatant bait and switch. With this experience, I suggest everyone “DO NOT TAKE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP”.
Also, some stores don’t allow online refund even after not delivering food for two hours. There’s no easy way to cancel order and get the refund.
