Delayed orders and messages
Orders and messages are sometimes not going through or being delayed, both in the app on my phone and at the restaurants. This is slowing down business for delivery drivers!loganSATG
Having an issue
I just went from iPhone X to an 11 pro and my app hasn’t been working well since then. Once an order is completed I have to hit “refresh” each time to see if I have another order. Also, if dispatch updates me on anything I don’t get a notification or alert. I have to constantly hit refresh to see if they’ve said anything to me.Show lessSainB
Needs Update!
I have to use this app for my job, but it keeps crashing. You need to make it compatible with the new iOS. It also makes me continually restart my app due to “not mapping.” And it’s not communicating status updates to my supervisor like it’s supposed to. Please consider an update, as my job depends on it. I’m going deaf
Dude. The alert sound is painfully loud. It needs to come down at least 6 decibels. I can only use this app with my phone silenced because even when my radio is at a low to medium volume, the alert is something in the range of jarring to actually physically painful. Please change your app so it doesn’t hurt people.Show lesszakzoijne

Using in app voice to text doesn’t allow for a full sentence
Tried using the voice to text function in this app and it’s the only app that cuts me off and doesn’t allow me to speak a full sentence and moves the cursor to the beginning every time fix pleaseplzfixxxx
NEEDS NEWER PHONE UPDATE
I have to use this app for my job and have an Iphone 8plus and this app will NOT send me any notifications from the app, including messages, because this app isnt updated for new phones yet. Please update the app so I can actually do my job 😩Rose869
Doesn’t work with iOS 13
After trying to contact the software owners for a week with no response now I leave a review. I’ve used this app for a year, delivering food. When iOS 13 came out now the app doesn’t function correctly. I have to refresh it to get the order to come thru or any messages between dispatch and myself. This has been the biggest pain. And delays my times a lot since I have to stop and refresh all night now.Show lessSarah1010101123
1st Time User
Honestly, this was my first time using this app tonight and it was pretty straight forward. Easy user interface and intuitive. Works great with CarPlay when using GPS through app. Plays right on my screen. Only thing I would change is being able to see all your completed orders when not on shift so you can look back and track tips, orders without having to be actively on a shift.Show lessACPDP83
