Smooth and work better than the new version on iPhone and iPad until it’s no longer allow account access. New version just take forever to load.
Apps Shutdown
Whenever I open this app it just instantly shut down. I tried updating but there’s no update so delete the app and reinstall the issue occurs the same.
Doesn’t work!
Only live view works. Can’t playback, can’t review previous day or evening.
DO NOT USE!!!!!
They do rarely turn horrible quality and I wanted to get on on of my other phone that is a Samsung and you can’t get it on Samsung so I so don’t get it. 👎🏻👎🏻
Good for Live View only
Use in our vacation home. Live view works as long as there is internet connection. Playback used to work but a pain having to watch hours of recordings hoping that we didn’t miss what we were looking for. Now recording and playback aren’t working at all. It won’t allow me to set start or end time to review video or says there is no recording. Useless for security. This app is far from user friendly and I can’t wait to replace it!

Needs improvements ASAP
Playback has just stopped working completely. Used to be so good compared to the other app, thought I had smooth sailing now. Playback won’t even load for 5 minutes ago, let alone the day before. Unimpressed as was wanting to get footage off security cameras.

Has a problem to choose Start time
This app has a problem to choose Start time for playback videos ! There is no option to choose any start time and its not fixed!! Start time is big problem you are not able to adjust any Start time because app its not working properly!!! Start time has to be fixed so we can can choose any start time, if we want to playback videos

How to change time
With daylight saving now in effect, how do I change the screen clock time to adjust for day light saving?

This app used to be brilliant. All functions worked perfectly which made for a fantastic user experience. This latest update has completely removed the ability to input a time when retrieving video from the hard drive. This essential tool has been corrupted so that it doesn’t work. This downgrade in operating efficiency seems to have been deliberate. It coincides with relentless attempts to have the user switch to a previously inferior product.
