Useless update
Please can you bring the lite back. This update is useless. It does not work half the time and is very bad to use.
After reading a lot of feed back I am not the only one. If it is not broke don’t fix it.

Please fix the playback problems. It’s otherwise useless.
Horrible design and layout
If I could give zero stars, I would. This app is not user friendly at ALL. I can’t even playback which is very important to me. Useless. They need major updates on this app. Especially with the layout they have. It makes zero sense.

please , day and date do not work on your app ,We can not choose day and date to review cam as previous version for along time ,please you are late to fix this problem hurry up please .
Selecting Specific Time Footage
Why did you remember the dial clock for selecting a narrow time footage? Now you have to scroll throw too much footage to find a specific recording. Smh 🤦♂️
App crashing
Every time I open the application …. The cam start to load and then the app crash !!!!
Extremely dissatisfied with app
Been using Hik for years, have several customers that like a specific view when viewing 9 cameras on iPad, with the Hik you can have a favourite view, with this I can only find a favourite view for 1 camera??? Also playback, not as good trying to find specific time periods, would be nice to select a window 3:03 to 3:15 for example, cannot find it as easy to do as the Hik... would strongly suggest a quick development of these options, I cannot proceed to install Dahua without them, back to Hik for now.

Please do something about the app
Playback time did not work, it is not allowing me to choose the time frame I wanted. Now the playback recording type is not working!!! How am I suppose to play the recordings? Don’t tell me I have to keep staring the screen for 24 hours?

My playback hasn’t been working for months.
Video Time Selection Doesn’t Work
The latest app broke the ability to choose the time range for reviewing video. Can only select the day and can not alter the time range. It’s been that way for over a month. How long does it take to fix an app. We have over 36 Dahua cameras at our business. Won’t be using this company for our next location.
