Time recording
I have been trying to get in touch with someone but no help is provided - I cannot seem to get the tome menu when going on playback on iphone - i have deleted the app and reconfigured and nothing

Video playback search time doesn’t work, have to go 1 full day back play and not the time I selected.

The last update did something to the time section when trying to review a video from a prior date/time. When you get to the time portion you are unable to change the time. Can someone please look in to this. Thank you
Challenging Stress
This security camera upgrade doesn’t allow me to change the time when in playback mode. If I need to review footage I can’t. Very upsetting and distressing.
Couple of issues
- The time is reset to year 2000 frequently, i guess after power shut down. And there’s no automatic time update.
- I’m no longer able to playback any footage. When I want to playback I can choose the year but I cannot choose the time. It’s stuck to the current time for start and end and cannot be changed.
- Sometimes I’m getting a pop-up ad once I lunch the app telling me to download another app that is not associated with the current company or developer to use instead of this app.
Please clear out this confusion.

Always used this app and it’s been very good until the latest update. With the latest update you can no longer change the time when doing a search, you can only change the date which is frustrating.
Can’t change replay time
Apple took out the old way of setting a time so when you go to get the time you would like to replay, you cannot change the time. Please update!!!!
Worst app ever!
I’ve depended on this app to be able to review access to my vacation home. It is the mist undependable app I’ve ever used. Very difficult to navigate. It freezes 50% of the time . Totally undependable. I can’t wait to get nest or some other program . Also, there is no sound. How ridiculous is that! The installer claimed it was for legal reasons. REALLY? It’s MY HOME! I would Never ever but this! Horrible!
