Has been working great
App has been working great and easy to use. However today it is not giving me the option to change the time of looking at the video (playback) option. The time is stuck on current time and the option to change time by scrolling is blank. Can you please fix or advise why this is happening please? It was working perfectly last week, so guessing pre the most recent update?

Playback times not working
Hi this app has worked very well however I have just updated and now if I want to review video camera footage I can not adjust the time it just stays at current time

Great but the mac os version, needs to be updated. If the developers can look into that and fix it.

Crashes using iOS14
The app will not open on iOS14. Completely unusable.

Since the new iPhone iOS update my cameras have quit working you need to follow the updates as they are brought online so that your app still works I can't open it now

Iโm an installer and having to upgrade to this app sucks. It wonโt even open. It closes as fast as you try. Removed it re installed it. Nothing works. Thanks guys. You make my life harder now. Great work

But it would help if there was a way to block someone from it as well that isnโt part of the household anymore. Would it suffice with just changing the password on the app? Modify device password? (There is only one user account)

Installed around 20 systems so far , they all seem ok , no real issues
The only thing I would strongly recommend is putting a surge protection board on the NVR
Also if you change the NVR each camera needs too be reset , thatโs not easy but will post again after a year too see if they all hold up under warranty

Try P2P setting
Not sure why everyoneโs complaining. Just use the P2P config to connect to your Cameras and it works very well over 4G and iPhone. And you also get notifications for door bell and camera movements if you need that.
