Only does a partial job
It cleaned up quite a few contacts but left a lot of duplicates with matching names and phone numbers or email addresses. (I subsequently worked out why but only after deleting and reinstalling it. Now the app demands I have to pay for the merge feature again and reinstalling purchases doesn't stop that happening. What a rip-off. )Show lessRandom00099
Doesn’t work 🙁
Once you’ve analysed your contacts it tells you you need to pay to actually run deduplication which I was happy to do because it wasn’t expensive and the benefit would outweigh the cost, however it immediately failed and crashed, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, changing settings etc etc but nothing works. Finally requested support but I’ve heard nothing...refund time I think.Show lessLucas291

I’ve been struggling with how absolutely horrible iCloud contact duplication for no apparent reason since day 1. My phone has been a mess of 5 of even my own name forever. 2 bucks and a button press got rid of ~2500 duplicate contacts in my phone in about 5 seconds. Some folks have written the thing about consent to share your contacts with their solution - that’s how it works, so whatever. Oddly enough the version of the app I’m using errors out when it tries to backup my contacts so I guess I won twice! Best $2 I’ve ever spent.Show lessmeixellent

Other than merging contacts with the name please try to bring in merging of different contact names with same numbervgrand38
Suspicion that this app deletes contacts randomly
I have been using this app for year's and have recently noticed that contacts that I speak with regularly have been deleted, one was my Accountant and the other an important client. I de-duplicated over the weekend and today (Monday morning) my Accountants contact details have disappeared, I spoke with her on Wednesday 5 days previous on my iPhone. I suspect it's this app that is deleting contact randomly and I am paying for the professional version! Not any more!Show lessGrillaBBQ

Make sure you read the privacy policy. This stood out to me and I decided not to use the app as a result.
