A great tool
I'm learning Spanish and find this app invaluable. It works without the internet which is useful when in class without Internet access. Excellent and would recommend.RLK 1
Comprehensive but interface could improve
Way way more comprehensive than spanishdict which is my other app and also contains many phrases. The interface could be slicker though:
a) When switching languages to search for, don't clear the text box! Sometimes I've just forgotten I'm in the wrong language
b) allow search in both languages rather than forcing to select one
c) alphabetical sorting is a little hit or miss.

Most Detailed Dictionary on iOS
Most iOS translators give little more than a simple definition of the word. This app is closer to a desk reference with more in-depth explanations & idiomatic phrases.firelance80

Professional-standard quantity and quality
I am a professional translator and there have only ever been one or two words I could not find in this dictionary. It gives several examples for each word and is extremely accurate.
