Unable to delete this app.
It appears to be a malicious app. I can’t delete it from my iPad. I can’t even fill in the fields for a support request as the page for inputs for my info details is constantly covered up by another page. I can’t get rid of this pop up page. It’s impossible to contact the developer. Stay away from the atrocious app, which was unfortunately introduced to me by HSBC.

Re: What is this? Does Not Work iPad
Absolute rubbish and caused a whole lot of stress and time I have instructed Westminster Council to stop sending me email attachments using this service as it is ‘NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE’ have missed so many important letters because of this which has affected me immensely. I have emailed developers and not even received a response on numerous ocassions. My advice is: - DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND DO NOT USE! Get whoever uses this to use an alternative and do what I did and delete this Crap.

Doesn’t work
Followed instructions and still unable to view any message at all. All I get is the info screen which you swipe until the end and then nothing.
Sadly Leeds Building Society use this and though I have told them it doesn’t work they persist in using it.

Can’t download attachments from the app
The app works to view secure messages but does not work if you need to download it. I think most use cases require a download so this app was basically useless for me.
I recommend using the desktop version instead. There is a “Download attachment” button that appears on web.
Note: You will have to create a new account with Voltage and verify your email before you can view/download the attachment. This is not the same as your bank account login.
After verifying your email, restart the process to view the attachment in Voltage and it should work.

Bad experience
There is no paper clip / attach icon on iPhone .
You can’t add any photo when hsbc asking you to send the document to them. I finally made it because I using my laptop.

Wow useless app
I could not believe that such a unfriendly to user apps still exist and HSBC insist on using such a hopeless app
THE WORST
If I could give 0 stars I would. Literally the worst app I’ve ever been forced to use, you can’t even open a document and go back to the message, you have to leave the app entirely and sign back in!

Horrible
Wasted 30 minutes and still couldn’t open email. You can’t login, it’s stuck on the instructions menu, app crashes when you do what the instructions state and won’t open email. I hope this company goes out of business so firms are forced to find an option that is secure, user friendly and works.
Worse App EVER
I was not able to establish an account. Never received an email asking to authenticate my email address. I tried to uninstall and then reinstall - still didn’t work. Okay, well I thought let’s try it on a different device using a different email address, still didn’t work! I give up. This app is definitely not user friendly nor helpful! I wish I could give it a “0”.

Pretty dreadful app
Cumbersome, regularly fails, very dated. I often cannot log in on different devices despite following the exact same instructions. I think the developer really needs to consider what ‘good’ looks like - this isnt it. It is a very poor application.
Its a shame that my supplier insists upon its use - it will become a key reason to switch suppliers.
