Don’t depend on it
The SendHub team is the nicest, responsive group you can imagine BUT the app was a disaster for me. I got a virtual number to put on posters for an event and an earlier version (May, 2014) did not work with my ATT iPhone. The forwarding time is not adjustable and after 30 sec. most people give up. Also, when you pick up a call, a robo operator asks if you want the call. More time wasted. Send Hub is trying but it was NOT a good decision for me.

I'm Canadian, I use this app as my US phone number on my trips to US. Very reliable and good voice quality.

Great VOIP service, and one of the few that combines both voice calling and SMS capability.
I do wish it offered more call routing functionality (based upon caller, group, day of week and time of day) similar to GoogleVoice... but as is this is a great functional solution for basic needs.

Excellent phone app !
This app works perfect for me, it's done nothing but get better with each update. It has push notifications and I never miss a call or text now. It send texts and make calls faster and easier than through other phone apps. My iPad has become my go to phone. I recommend this to anyone with a SendHub account !

Great concept
If using the iPhone app, do a lot of testing before making the switch if having a functioning phone number is critical for you business. The iPhone app is very quirky and very buggy. I love the idea of it, but wish I had done more testing before switching. Going to stick with it a little longer in hopes that they work out the bugs. (Version 4.0.1)

This app offers so many resources with no contract or strings attached. I am able to communicate with my employees and clientele in various ways using this single app. I highly recommend SendHub!
