It’s always a problem with the app, and Zelle on the app is terrible. Have the time it doesn’t even want load up.

I’ve been using the App for a few years now, and I’ve had no problems. The app has always worked as expected and has been easy to navigate.

I’ve had JHFCU for over a year now ! And now recently I can log in but when I click on my checking as account I can’t see anything it’s a blank screen.
The app is horrible
I just became a member not to long ago and it’s sad you can’t view any of your cards online! Like why isn’t that a option like the app new to updates immediately! For this be a huge hospital you think your bank technology would be up to date this sad! I don’t like it I’m considering leaving already I just signed for my account

Something’s Wrong
I have been biking with JHFCU since the 1980s and using the mobile app since it first came out, pretty much never had a problem until now: I cannot get it to deposit a check to save my life. It keeps complaining that it can’t find the edges of the check (cropping error) whether I use the automatic or manual mode (even though the crop lines are clearly and correctly marking the edges of the check before the image is captured), whether I use a solid black background or brown background or red background, just can’t get it to work. Really frustrating since now that it is all automatic, I can’t take my own picture and upload it for image processing like I used to do.

New century update needed NOW!
I have been banking with JHFCU since 2005. A longgg time right but having the app hasn’t made anytime with them better because of how “BASIC” the app is. Compared to other banking apps you can at least transfer monies from bank to bank, it has labels like mobile deposit and bill pay but when I attempt to try them, access denied or your not signed up. As long as I been banking here I should have access to EVERYTHING! All this to say please please update the banking app to fit modern day banking. Thanks😅!
