Poor Maintenance Timing
Should never perform online maintenance during a Saturday afternoon. JHFCU regularly performs maintenance of online banking features during the middle of the day which is deplorable. Most IT entities know to perform maintenance on backend features late at night/very early morning during the middle of the week.

No Zelle option
I like the updates to the website and appreciate that I can get real-time updates on my account. I would like to request the option to use Zelle or some form of money transfer option between outside accounts.
What happened to …
‘Pending’ with a date?!
Used to be when a check is about to clear, it was pending and had a date for when the check would clear.
The latest update took that away … for reasons?
Need it back because well, I’d like an idea of when checks/direct deposits clear like it’s been for years.

Your physical location requires appointment but we never can make one via the app
Please. Is it so hard to add a make an appointment feature in the app? How about paying few JHU students to let them do this for you instead of let them be woke on campus everyday?
Why can’t we see all accounts under single login
In general, the app is decent. But by 2021 standards, it has some puzzling limitations. Other banks allow you to see all accounts you have with them via a single login. This app continues to insist that you have different logins for each account, which means the convenience and security of Touch ID can be used on only one account. JHFCU, please look at Citibank’s app for how to address this limitation. It is a MAJOR headache.

Security Code Issue
Everything worked great till I got a new phone. Logged in fine, security code sent, app doesn’t let you enter security code. Was excited today with an update on the app, however same problem still exists.
They can’t even get the basics right
Every time I login it says my access has expired. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Why? What kind of incompetence does it take to offer Touch/Face ID and not have it work once? Not only that, but this error has been reported to them many times by many people and they have made no attempt to fix it. It shows their complete disrespect and content for their customers.
Also, they keep “overhauling” the app and website, and it is just as bad as before...minus a few features. So why overhaul it if you aren’t going to fix it?
The app is so bad that I am looking for a new credit union to switch to. There is no reason for this incompetence in 2019. It looks like it was made in 1989. I know they aren’t a major bank, but still, this is absurd.

Never saves login info

Latest Version Missing Features
We have used this app on our ipad in various forms over the years. The latest version seems to be incompatible as certain buttons do not appear on ipad version. Case in point - there is no SUBMIT button in Bill Pay, so you can no longer pay bills.
