So disappointed!!
This is the WORST banking app I’ve ever seen!! I’ve been the Bank of America app for years and I left when I got hired at JHH. Please make the JHFCU a more interactive app. Most people don’t have their laptops with them when they have to do banking transactions.

Barely working
The app is barely functional and has many flaws. But of all things, please enable the Touch ID functionality to avoid entering password every time!!!!

Really slow to accept checks, often reject them for minor reasons and don't notify you of the actual reason, slowwww customer service, etc.
Just go with a larger bank that has free checking and savings.

Purpose built
It's not particularly slick, but functions just fine. Personally I prefer an app be easy to use rather than look pretty and this one fits the bill well. Would be nice to be able to use Touch ID to sign in which is the only drawback I've found so far.
Barely makes the cut!
It's 2015 and most banks and credit unions should have a fully functional mobile app. JHFCU's app does the bare minimum. The interface is aesthetically bare and displeasing. The features or lack there off are disappointing.

Overall nice app with simple interface. Easy to use. Just wish I could use Touch ID for login.

The app crashes right after taking a picture of a check to deposit
Crashes- can't make deposits
The app crashes every time I try to deposit a check. I've tried on two different phones with the same results. Please fix!
Deposit does not work on IOS7
I am unable to deposit a check on IOS7. It still works on an old iphone which has IOS6.
