June thru July App updates
App is not working properly after latest update. When attempting to get info about recent calls by pressing “i” circular icon app sits down. KC advised to reinstall app. After reinstalling issue still exist. In addition “offline calling” feature cannot be activated. Complete fiasco so far…
August 6, 2023 update:
After developer attempts to correct the issue, now app is completely useless . Not possibile to płace any call using it, does not matter if using offline or online. Many other errors and functions not working or disappeared (not possible to check balance for example, or view account setting, or view your own numbers, or speed dial numbers).

Calling England from Canada is a very reasonable cost and my English family can’t believe how little I pay.normnutt
I lost my balance
When I signed up years ago, it was great. It promised that it won’t drain your balance.
Not too long ago, it wiped out my existing balance.
If you like this app, I’d suggest not keeping a lot of funds in it, specially if you don’t use it regularly.

Company has taken $5 but order failed
Really terrible that my first time having to download an app and entering a UK address and number into the details, I’m notified that $5 calling credit is taken from my bank card but the app tells me “Order Failed”. Very disappointed I have to now spend the time getting my money back through Apple rather than enjoying my holiday using this app to make calls in the US.Show lessMarkc1983

This app totally amazes me - I’ve hardly ever found a product where quality vs price is this outstanding. My international calls have had higher sound quality than I’ve had on a landline, the price beats any other option i‘ve used and it’s easy to use. Highly recommend it!!rabl10829
Buggy
I have put in money twice none of them worked. Apple Pay says success . Bank notified charger has been made but app say it failed (invalid Apple receipt is). I have been charged but No credit added to the app. Please fix itNot_a_crazy_cat

Poor voice quality with call dropping
I am using KeepCalling from very very long time,it used to be the best app ever but now its the worst app ever. The voice quality is poor,Voice cracks every time even on 4g and the call automatically drops every few minutes
