  • Greatest service

    Thank you so much for allowing me to talk with my loved ones who have no access to internet or don’t know how to use it! Keep up the great service you’re providing us with, this is the only way I can get in touch with my bedridden mom who’s in a nursing home overseas.
  • Not easy to add credit

    It’s a great app, I use it to stay in touch with family abroad that aren’t so on board with technology. Only problem I have with it is that adding credit isn’t straight forward at all which makes no sense to me.
  • Not connecting to the internet

    I am a customer of your for over few months now and did not have any major issues till now. But since 2 weeks I am having connection issues. I tried to make an international call and I received the message “It seems your internet connection is not strong enough. Do you want to call offline?”, even after having a very strong internet signals. And when accept the off line call, it says, “ Your authentication failed, Goodbye.” Somebody has to look into this issue.

  • Complete garbage

    Just bought an unlimited plan for $5,99 month. I downloaded the app and cannot login. I can however login from the web site no problem. Now I have to waste my time and dispute the charge with my credit company because this app does not work. There is no number for customer support either. Also I cannot find any local access number because their web site doesn’t work. Total trash. Do not waste your time or money with this.

  • Eventually it works

    There were a number of issues when first getting this. Some of which required contacting support to fix. They fixed it. Customer service was knowledgeable and fixed things rapidly.
    I’ve made four call since. The three that got picked up were clear with no issues. The one that no one answered, still gets charged. If you call, and no one answers, you still pay for the time you hear the ringing.
    The prices are fair.
    This is worth a try.

    I have used kK since 2018 I live in New Zealand and visit England I have no problem getting connected and never experienced a dropped call to date ,even have a local UK number where people in UK can call me in NZ for the price of a local Uk call. Really

  • Lots of noise and interruptions within the call

    At times very annoying with the interruptions in the call. Sometimes there are other d
    Sounds in the call as if there are listeners. At times disconnections and call silence where I have to hang up and call again. The credit $30 credit I add does not last long either.
  • Adding Minutes

    Why not give the app ability to add minutes/call time from within the app?
    If someone wanted to add minutes they have to use the portal on the web site? That’s a waste of time.
