Call drop
I have been using this app for about 3 years now. Used to have minor issues in the past but now the calls get disconnected in the middle of the call very frequently and the call clarity has gone down. Half way through the call it gets inaudible. U can’t hear the other person talking to to you or the other can’t hear you.
1) Call quality- 1 star * only
2) call drop- frequent occurrence
3) Billing- 5 star *****Show lessmartije

Since you're using the app, please take into account that the quality of the calls, when using the app, relies on your WiFi or cellular data Internet connection and device settings as well. Make sure: -you have the latest app version installed on your device. -you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider. -your Internet connection is not very slow and thus cannot connect you to our servers. Very disappointing structure!
When you charge your account thru Apple Pay they charge you %40!
When complained they said buy credit direct from web site!
When received a referral from a Freind it was showing $6 credit initially. When I tried to call it showed 0 balance!
Their support is really quick responsive but this is after the fact,
Their quality of voice was good for me.

Fraudulent no dial pad just took my money
Moshimoshi81 was the site I went to because cheaper rates calling japan. They say to download an app called ‘keep calling international’ that’s what I did and have on my phone. Then it asks me to top up €5.99 voice credit for me to call internationally. Again, this is what I did. After that payment goes through and you should have the dial pad feature to call internationally. This does not exist! There is no dialling pad? No numeric feature built in with this app! It’s a con, straight up fraudulent con! Customer support never reply to your emails either. I want my refund! Or I will take this further.Show lesskeepcallingarefraudsters
