Good app. Disappointed by price increases
Was using this app to call my country during a network shutdown impacting all other forms of communication. Received an email today that they have increased prices only for calls to my country. Well that’s a **** move. The prices have increased from 9 cents to 21 cents over night. Only because they know how many people like me are desperate to use their app now. This is while other apps have made communication to my country FREE during this period to support our people. Well I will move on I guess.Show lesshdksbdg

In order to maintain our call quality and be able to offer the same good connections, we were forced by our providers to increase the rate to call Iran. We're currently working on lowering the rates. I just installed the app and did the payment for 4 times and still says can’t get the info from apple store. Although it only got the money once, it is so annoying to fill all those fields over and over and not could make a call. Also there is no other options but to fill the payment form again and again, and there is no help or support option to call.Show less!bita!

Make sure: -you have the latest app version installed on your device. -you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider. -your Internet connection is not very slow and thus cannot connect you to our servers. IMPORTANT! To ensure a high successful connection and call quality, please set up your Caller ID (the number showing up on the screen of the person you call). You can find the option in the app Menu. 1. Go to the app menu, tap "More", select "Set my Caller ID" and enter the number you'd like your friends and family to see when you call them. 2. Shortly after, you'll receive an SMS with a Verification Code. Simply confirm the verification code on the same page and your Caller ID is set. Great App! Great Rates! Seamless integration with iOS
These guys know what they are doing. Period.
Their rates are extremely low even to countries that they can still double their rates and still be lower than everyone else. They also don’t try to make up for the low rates by charging additional fees on every call. Also the fact their app is extremely seamless and easy and has the look and feel of the iPhone calling makes me use them all the time even if a free option like WhatsApp was available. I have tried so many other international calling services and they always either didn’t have an app or their app crashed almost constantly. This is also makes this app superior to all others! The call quality is outstanding 99% of the time and when it is not, the issue is always related to something other than the app.
There are Millions of people out there who still need to make calls internationally to a land line or to their 80 year old dad who is never going to find the app you helped them install so you can call each other for free... and I hope they all find about this App.Show lessEthanMLS
