the car was very nasty , very desapointed !

Easy and convenient

Car was where it was shown to be. Worked well and the app was easy to use. Car was relatively clean. Would definitely use this again.

Doesn’t accept US numbers!!!

Can no longer see battery percentage

After the latest update, the percentage of the battery on the cars is no longer visible. Now we can only see the kilometers it has. The percentage alongside the kilometers is way more helpful.
Please fix this! Thank you.

Broken for US phone numbers

Doesn’t send verification sms to US phone numbers.

App does not work at all

Despite the cars showing up as available on the map and on their schedules, I cannot book them. Instead, when trying to reserve the car, I get an error message saying that the car is not available.

I’ve tried all cars around my area and all possible dates, and I still can’t book any of the cars due to the same error message.

Useless service

I created a MyWheels account when I needed the service due to an emergency. I was asked for my personal data and documents. A while later I received an email saying that my account was permanently suspended. No reason other than generic possible reasons and no way to appeal or use the service. You should really be more clear about account suspensions, especially if the service was never used before and it's not a duplicate account or similar.

Language switch does not work

I’ve tried several times to change the language and it just does not work. :(

Great concept, filthy cars, clunky app

Live the idea, but the implementation is lacking. Thus far, all 4-5 cars I used were beyond filthy in the inside, not once did I receive a reaction when reporting that. The app works fine for the most part, but has glitches, especially with the sliders, leaving you stuck at certain stages of the check-in/-out process.

Horrible customer service

Couldn’t open the car for 25 minutes, as their app was not working. Got charged for the extra time. I complained, and they gave me a discount code but no refund. Next time, they simply deleted my reservation and invalidated my discount code THAT I RECEIVED TO COMPENSATE FOR THEIR OWN FAULT. When I called customer service, they hung up on me after I stated my problem. Never using this company again and strongly recommending this to my friends and family as well. This is an unacceptable way to treat a paying customer.
