App crashing when menu button tapped

It won't stay open!!!!!
Not so good
At least it wasn't expensive. Crashes nearly every time I tap menu. Also get crashes when I save a record. Fairly easy to figure out. Supposed to be IOS 6 ready. Doesn't appear to be ready for prime time.
Allergies
I think this is going to be an excellent app, but I do not find a place to record any meds that I am allergic to. Any suggestions?
