No good!
Since my most recent update I can't even get this app to log me in. It was a pretty good app when it worked.

Wonderful app with enormous calling functionalities. Calls over wifi is cool!
Keeps Crashing
Was working great but now it crashes all of the time. I can not access my voice mails. Please fix!
Was a great app.
App worked and was stable on IOS 7.0.7. Running on 7.1 it constantly crashes. I can't get the app to stay open for more then a few seconds. Please fix.
Poor performance
This app has not worked properly since the release of iOS7. That was on September 18, 2013, nearly 3 months ago. You can no longer check voice messages and the chat function is not working as well. Have notified Viewpoint and no resolution has been provided. Poor service.

Driving or walking to a late appt. you just need to prioritize your calls, I get to make that choice.

At almost 70 I have to keep organized it works

Excellent!
The best phone app
Not bad
By far the biggest shortcoming is app is that you still need to tell it to ring your cell phone or your extension. This app would be amazing if you could receive and make calls directly though the app. When I choose my cell phone, some times it won't connect and go to my cell phone's voice mail. True, this is a carrier issue, but makes for a good argument to go through the app for a better customer experience.

This app truly embraces the bring your own device (BYOD) wave that any business should expect to have as part of their technology Eco-system. If your business does not have a mobile strategy, then this app must be considered the standard that all others should be measured against. Don't Settle For Less!
