Great implementation
I have been using the desktop version for a while and this iPad version is an impressive implementation on the iOS platform. Especially considering they were even able to design it to work on an iPhone screen size. Their comparison chart on their website does a great job showing how much of the desktop version they were able to implement in this first version. I eagerly await even more functional additions, but I think this version can stand on its own as a great app. I do recommend the desktop version as well, but this is a must have app for visually displaying linear or chronological timelines.

A MUST HAVE for trainers, teachers, speakers and lecturers
This app is a MUST HAVE for anyone involved with education programmes of any kind. I have been using Timeline on my laptop for the last year and it has revolutionised the way I present my talks, classes and so on. Now that I can have Timeline 3D on my iPad I can switch seamlessly between laptop and iPad and really bring my talks to life.
You can use Timeline in so many different ways. You can only be limited by your own imagination. Teachers - you will not be disappointed.

Outstanding App
I've been a user of Timeline 3D on my Mac for some time. I have been looking forward to that terrific program being implemented for the iPad. Now that it has, I'm extremely pleased with the ease of use and the elegant manner with which the app works. I was able to assemble a timeline for a colleague in a matter of minutes which put his professionally-produced timeline to shame.

A first-rate application
I saw Adam Behringer's Twitter announcement of the new iOS version of Timeline 3D at 8:24 a.m., I began watching the video at roughly 8:25, and I purchased the app at 8:32. I have been using the BeeDoc timeline products since early 2008 and this iOS version is an especially innovative next step. I teach college courses and having Timeline 3D (literally) in hand is going to play well in the classroom. I gave the app a quick spin and I can say that Timeline 3D on my iPad makes a great first impression. It looks wonderful and it's easy to use. Awesome application!!
I have been a user of Timeline 3D on Mac OSX for several years, it is a great way to develop timelines for presentation purposes. It is also a great way of helping you 'get you head around' a complex series of activities. I have just bought the iOS version and this takes the process of creating and presenting timelines to a new level. Beedocs really have created an awesome implementation of Timeline 3D on iOS that makes it even easier to create and present timelines.
