I started using this app in 2017 and it still works great. I haven’t used many other recording apps but this one has saved my recordings and is simple with out a bunch of nonsense or unnecessary features. Record the call and done. Not sure I’ve seen anything extra from other apps that I personally need. Give it a go.Show lessMary77
Couldn’t get it to work after paying $9.99
I purchased this app about 30 minutes prior to an important call that I needed to record for work purposes. Based on a previous phone recording app I had used, I assumed this recording app also would be easy to use and have an instructional video or slide show. There was nothing like that I could find. After three failed practice calls, I couldn’t get it to work. And my account shows that I have a 35 minute recorded call, but when I click on it and try to play it, nothing happens. Extremely frustrating and disappointing and a waste of the $9.99 a month I paid for it. I have already canceled the subscription when it expires, and I’ll have to look for another call app service. Horrible (no) customer service for loyal customer
I can’t get anyone to call or email back with my request. My recording is coming up blank and I need help getting the call off No Notes’ server. It is a file for work I urgently need today. I have used the app for years and never had trouble with accessing a file and when I really need customer service desperately, there is no way to reach anyone. Completely disappointed. I have gotten immediate feedback from a free recording app; they even followed up to learn how they did. Help!!Show lessRad writer

Still getting billed monthly. Subscription not found in Apple Icloud Account Subscriptions. Contacting my credit card company to seek a refund as there is no way to cancel the subscriptions through apple. They benefit From subscriptions that are difficult to stop and run continuously .rikkousa
Dead air
I downloaded the app and an option was to send me a test phone call the call might have come in but there was no way for me to answer it and record it but it appears to have recorded a dead air space that’s all I get for playback if I try to call them they tell me I’m eating into my allowed minutes I don’t trust this app and certainly would not buy into it unless I could get it to work as claimedShow lessRAC2play
Waste of Money
I had an extremely important call I needed to record, so I decided to buy the subscription, since it would’ve been worth it for this one call. In the description they say you get 20min free each month, but my call was going to be 45min. It actually ended up recording 15min of the entire call, that is even less that the free 20min you’re suppose to automatically get each month! Oh my goodness. Don’t get this app. It cuts off the call intermittently - sometimes at 5 min... sometimes at 16 min... it’s ridiculous and so embarrassing! I called multiple times with zero resolution. This app gets Zero stars. If anyone knows of a good phone recorder, let me know! I’m asking for a full refund 🤬👎🏽Show lessmanjeetrussell
Beware!
This app cost me $7,000! I was in the middle of negotiating a settlement with a contractor who I was in a legal dispute with when this app chimed in unexpectedly letting me know that my 15 free minutes were almost up. He heard it too and said deal is off! He was furious about me recording him without consent even though it’s legal in my state. I cannot believe that the developers of this app would have a feature like that. It blows my mind.Show lessHarvey Lipshitz

I need a dependable recording device for my job as a journalist, and of all the ones I’ve tried, NoNotes is the best! I had one wonky problem one time, and the customer service was just fantastic. Can’t recommend this app highly enough.PatWriter26
