Won’t work

I have downloaded app twice and get to test call and nothing happens

Dead air

I downloaded the app and an option was to send me a test phone call the call might have come in but there was no way for me to answer it and record it but it appears to have recorded a dead air space that’s all I get for playback if I try to call them they tell me I’m eating into my allowed minutes I don’t trust this app and certainly would not buy into it unless I could get it to work as claimed

Not working

I’m using an iPhone 12.
Paid $9.99 for it and hasn’t worked at all. Just keeps disconnecting the call.

Waste of Money

I had an extremely important call I needed to record, so I decided to buy the subscription, since it would’ve been worth it for this one call. In the description they say you get 20min free each month, but my call was going to be 45min. It actually ended up recording 15min of the entire call, that is even less that the free 20min you’re suppose to automatically get each month! Highly disappointed and not a happy customer.

Can I give it Zero stars?!

Oh my goodness. Don’t get this app. It cuts off the call intermittently - sometimes at 5 min... sometimes at 16 min... it’s ridiculous and so embarrassing! I called multiple times with zero resolution. This app gets Zero stars. If anyone knows of a good phone recorder, let me know! I’m asking for a full refund 🤬👎🏽

Hard to use

Installed the app and got an incoming call I wanted to record. Pressed record and the app itself wanted to make a call (to connect with cloud server??). Meanwhile my caller is chatting away and I cannot even start recording. In the end I accidentally ended my incoming call. No better when he rang again. Useless.

Saving issue

Recording for out going calls is perfect, but for incoming calls is a bit complicated and could not do it at any time yet, an other issue is saving the recording , I need to save it into my drive or voice memo, but the only think I get is a link!!!! I do not know if I can use this link after unsubscribing or if I do mot have internet!!!
Please advice . Thanks

Beware!

This app cost me $7,000! I was in the middle of negotiating a settlement with a contractor who I was in a legal dispute with when this app chimed in unexpectedly letting me know that my 15 free minutes were almost up. He heard it too and said deal is off! He was furious about me recording him without consent even though it’s legal in my state. I cannot believe that the developers of this app would have a feature like that. It blows my mind.

Keeps dropping calls!

Keeps dropping calls after a while so have to redial and wait in line again! Do not recommend and do not pay for it!
