Fraudulent billing practices!
DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I used this service in 2017 for a school project. I signed up and paid for one month of service. In 2018 we noticed we had been being billed a monthly $10. So I reached out and they explained the oversight, cancelled (my non existent subscription), and refunded our money. HOWEVER In January of 2019 my husband noticed a $10 charge. I called, left a message and asked them to refund and to please take me out of their database. I never heard back and I forgot about it. We just realized that they have continued to bill us ever month for 2019 (Jan-Nov). I’ve reached out to Nonotes, and have received no response. We have reached out to our bank who has credited us the last 3 months but we will have to wait to hear from a live person at NoNotes to get our $80 back and get our name taken out of their database so that we don’t get automatically billed subscription again in 2020.

Rubbish
This app is absolute rubbish, can’t get it to work probably. I used the live chat to help, and a very polite person was trying to help but still won’t play back any recordings.

Very misleading
Catch and bait...signed up for the monthly subscription and was under the impression I had robotranscript but in reality you have to purchase that feature separately. Very upset because even my request for a refund has been denied and now I’m having to spend hours of my time getting my work done by hand.

Very useful app with Call recording option and ability to get a transcript of the recorded call. Will definitely recommend!!
Very user friendly and easy to use
I called my son and it recorded our conversation of him promising to do his chores when he gets home. I love that I can use this app to remind of this 😂. Love this app
User friendly and applicable to many job types
This app is really unique! I love how I am able to review conversations (with consent of the other party) for later use. I am a recruiter and it allows me to focus on my clients needs at the time we talk and take my notes later. I also love that the app can transcribe the convo for you! Recommended in ever sense of the word.

Super easy to do for recording calls and transcribing them
This is a super easy app to use and set up. If you need to record important phone calls and have them transcribe this app is really accurate and a useful tool to use. Took me less than 5 minutes to set up and account and get started to make my phone calls. If this is something you need regularly you can’t go wrong.
