I have paid for this app and pay every month as part of a subscription. The app just stopped working. I have tried everything like deleting and installing again etc etc but nothing works. I have left numerous messages for the support team and even sent emails but no one gets back to me to help. It has been a huge let down when I was relying on it to transcribe my calls for a University research study.

Nifty in international situations
The app would be handy when calling insurance companies or lawyers to make sure the consumer has something to fight back on.
A possible suggestion would be to incorporate the WeQ4U idea and only start recording once the customer is in front of the queue, therefore saving them a lot of time waiting

Finance Industry
Having worked in the finance industry for a few years I have found the app useful. I was able to make a call and record at the same time. This was then sent to email which would great convenience as I was able to share them via email and other social media links. Would definitely recommend this app!!! Saves so much time for call handlers

As a journalist this app is a lifesaver. So far, I've had to buy expensive devices to plug in to my phone to record my interviews and this app is for free, does the job and it's seamless. Totally recommend it!
