  • You’ve destroyed this app.

    Used to rely on this app for keeping track of my portfolio almost exclusively. The last 2 updates have been pure crap. Now using Personal Capital as the SigFig app is not virtually unusable. 75% of the time I cannot get the app to open and get the infamous “Try Again” error. When it occasionally does work it does not pull my cost basis correctly and I have to enter it manually. Also doesn’t sync with Robinhood, American Funds, Computershare and some other institutions I feel it should. If you haven’t downloaded this app, don’t bother. It’s not worth the trouble to set it up because it won’t work or give you reliable information most of the time anyway. 2 years ago I would have given this app 10 stars, now, I would give it -1 stars if I could. Stay away, yuck.

  • What happened?!

    Its has been a great app for me - I can consolidate all my accounts and track them without having to go to individual accounts. I have not had any problems with it and It has always worked... it used to be a 5 star app!

    Until recently.... Suddenly it stopped working and most of the time it cannot connect and the app just keeps telling me to “try again”...

    So what happened sigfig? Its been super frustrating and while I am being patient and see if it improves, I am running out of patience very very soon... please fix asap!!

  • 2019 Revision is pathetic for iPad users.

    Used and enjoyed this software for years on windows and migration to iOS. Very easy to sync to financial accounts, good graphics and data management available on my iPad Air 2.
    The update of the summer of 2019 changed all that. The format has been dummied down to apparently use on the Apple Phone. The revised version to fit on the phone is a gutted version with major reductions in graphics and data. This application is now pathetic for the iPad. Looking for new application for iPad.

  • Not 5 star... yet.

    Love the app; errors with the software. Sometimes it will not update until following day even when I self update. Number one miss is it will not boot up consistently.
    Would be great if on tracker you could see all graphs (Dow, spy, nasd), compared at once.
    I’m waiting to give you the five star but consistency isn’t there yet.

  • I keep having to reinstall

    The app keeps going to a nice which reports a bad response from the server, and the only control "Try Again" does nothing. That's literally the only control, so I can't log out and log back in. Killing the app doesn't help, the only fix is to reinstall.

    Please fix your error screen and add a logout sort of control. So we can sidestep your local cache issues without reinstalling your app.

  • Great app... when it works

    Every other week the app says error please try again. The only way to fix it is to completely delete the app and reinstall it. They could at least give you a log out option. Instead of reinstalling every time.
  • Needs backend work

    I want to love this app. Unfortunately, certain accounts cannot be added for tracking. For example, Merrill Lynch. Despite being featured as a broker to add in the menu of options - the functionality is broken and has been for quite some time. This is a shame because other accounts work fabulously, but the inability to add all your accounts really diminishes the app’s appeal. Without working on fixing support for accounts, SigFig is not a great option to globally track your investments. It can be, but is not. I like the idea of their actual compensated management services too, but inconsistent tech makes me question capabilities.

  • Useful app for tracking all my accounts

    I use SigFig to track my different brokerage and retirement accounts with Vanguard and Fidelity. This allows me to quickly identify changes in value or to see trends. SigFig also has assessment tools to compare account performance versus different benchmarks. The analytic tools also will comment on asset mix, global asset allocations and expense ratios.

  • Unable to sync

    I have been using the application for several years After the last large update UBS and Merrill Edge no longer sync. It’s been a few months for UBS and Just 4 days for Merrill. I find it hard to believe that a firm that wants to invest your money for you is unable to fix the application for over 2 months. Also the support staff really never answers questions as to when the fix might be made. The only reason I continue is that for years this was by far the best application out there. Hopefully this review will encourage technical support to fix the problem.

  • Update Causing Constant Logouts

    I was used to checking Sifig via the widget on my iPhone, now every time I look at it it, I’m seeing no data and a “you are not logged in” message. When I open the app, my fingerprint ID doesn’t work and I have to manually re-enter my login information, then finally I’m in the app.

    As soon as I leave the app (even if left open in the background), I have to start the whole process again even if It’s only an hour or two later.

    I really enjoyed this app before so I’m hoping this is fixed quickly.
