  • Works well, but features went backwards

This is a capable app with good portfolio tracking. However, a recent update removed the ability to graph individual stocks on the iPhone. Luckily the feature is still in the iPad version. I had to install another stock tracking app to graph individual stock values over time. Please restore this feature.

  • Latest version fixed all recent bugs

This version no longer gives the unhandled exception error every couple of minutes and shows the cumulative daily percentage return across portfolios in an easily accessible place again. This application is back as my favorite financial application. Thank you this great new version!
  • Very disappointed with this update

I’m sooo disappointed with this update. I’ve been using sig fig for years and I honestly can’t understand why they would take such a step back for the dashboard and UI. Also since the Scottrade acquisition my account hasn’t really worked, but I tolerated it. Perhaps these issues are making it more difficult to navigate this new UI. I went from opening the app several times a day to not being able to use it. I’m an early adopter and not someone who hates change. I hate this new interface.

  • Problems with updating the Account

Normally your account/portfolio is updated with what’s happened in the market that day. It takes a few hours before you would get the new full picture ( for me it’s around 8pm ).

However this week about 3/4 of portfolio holdings haven’t been updated. When you try to get update it says “ oops try again “. Unfortunately you get same error message on the retry.

If you are using an app as your portfolio tracker it needs to be reliable. This one isn’t doing that !!

  • Was good until latest update

I have a “manual” account (ie, not synced with my brokers). Up until the latest update it was fine. I could check my stocks throughout the day and it was easy to add or delete stocks or add share amounts to existing stocks. Since the update I haven’t been able to edit my shares. I go to the account area, press my account’s name to go into the edit screen and I get a “Can’t show account” message. Too bad ‘cause it had been a useful app previously.

  • The app once useful now a mess

I used to love SigFig - it was easy to see the charts in comparison to other indicators. And movers on the same screen.

Now it’s all gone. The app doesn’t remember the time frame and comparison indicators anymore - now I have to navigate to different parts of the app to see what was once available on one screen.

    Looking for alternative.

  • Was working fine, now disappointed

The app was working great to keep track of my stock portfolio. Within the last month the news feed will not update, have had no new news updates since 4/25.
Also the data portion of each equity is unavailable. Can not see 52 week high / low, PE, dividend info etc. Was working great, but now it seems like it’s not working correctly. Disappointed.

  • Excellent Application

This application is totally worth checking out. I’ve been with them almost 4 years now and the results have been outstanding. They are a leader in the investment arena. Great results so far and if you’re reading this and need an application with support that is there for you, well you have finally found the correct application. Other alternatives on the Application marketplace do not fare as great as SigFig. I’ve tried several of them out there and without a doubt feel they are the best. Others may think this is hype, well no and yes. No because you haven’t tried them, and yes because I have and believe in their offering. Time to stop reading and sign up!! You have found the app for investing!

  • Will Not Sync with Broker Anymore

App is totally useless at this point.
I used SigFig with the same broker for several years. Recently, the amounts and holdings became out of date because the app has not synched with the broker for a month.
I tried to sync manually, which used to be possible, but now it will not work.
The app provides a screen to login to the broker using my user name and password, and I get an error message that an account number is needed but there is no place to enter it.
So I removed the brokerage accounts from SigFig and tried to add them back. I get the same mysterious error message that an account number is needed but there is still no place to enter it!
I contacted SigFig and they acknowledge there's now a problem with some brokers. They suggested I set up a manual portfolio - I have way too many positions to do that.
Horrible service from what used to be a great app.

This is the best portfolio tracking app I know , I don’t know a lot and I have not tried a lot , but I did my research . And every one of of them talked about USAtoday finance portfolio managed by SigFig. It exactly what a needs after using google finance portfolio and that one is going through maintenance until when?
