Different Material Delivered and very poor return policy
We order a long I ordered a
BIGDART 2423 Model Authentic Patterned Blue Dress. But they delivered a blouse with a smallest size whicj not even matching with my request. Then I contacted customer care and she created a return request and confirmed that they will pick the item back within two days. The return request was created on 13th September and till date they did not collect. Very late and poor return process and poor customer care and seller has no proper response for their mistake. Coin balance
Hi, in a while I bought some clothes and paid by cash, when I get them and tried them they was too small, so I returned them and they returned the money by COINS BALANCE, now I’m buying new stuff and I tried to pay by the coin balance and it’s not working and my balance is high, and there is no way to pay by them, I’m so sad that I lost my money in this way, and I’m going to by my stuff from other application.

Waiting for support helps me with the problem regarding the return of funds. The only thing i got is ignoring during whole month. I tried writing to different mail addresses (i found 3) even couple times. Trendyol assistant in app is absolutely useless, no one calls me back as it was promised. Same thing with calling center. Can’t say nothing bad about products quality and delivery time, but i have no more way to get your attention.Show lessRob. Br

I bought a dress a few weeks ago when I got it it was not like the picture I ordered size large but when I measured it,left chest area was, so tight and smaller and different from the right side of the chest area terrible design are terrible cut and terrible fabric.
