Very Poor customer service & poor quality

I have a shipment in Saudi Arabia since October 27th.. I left on Nov. 9th without receiving it, customer service couldn’t do anything towards it. Even to refund the money, they would wait till the shipping company return the shipment then refund it after 7 to 10 days.. money would wait more than a month in their possession!!!!!
Refunding money takes too long time to happen better to pay Cash on delivery if this option available.
Moreover, the stuffs labeled Trendyol are of very poor quality and finish, you must be sure of the brand you order.
Will think so many times before I make an order with them.
