Poor User Experience

This app has never allowed me to access anything online, work related or otherwise.

I’m essentially no longer able to click links on work emails

PDF crash

Crashes when trying to open multi page pdf documents.

No connection

Needs dark mode!

There’s nothing worse than having an alert go off at 3 am, reaching for my iPad and launching the Web app to check on my work servers and being blinded by a bright white screen. For the love of god add dark mode support.

Dark mode is already supported by Workspace ONE Web. If you are facing an issue with respect to that, please reach out to your IT help desk & ask them to escalate this issue to our enterprise support teams so that we can troubleshoot this right away.

Connection error.

I am having connection issue with this app. I tried deleting it and reinstalling it. It works for about a day then the same problem. I have no connection issues with any other app

Unable to initialize due to missing profiles

I’m not sure exactly when this started happening but thus app is 100% useless now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and it always gives me the following message:

There is an option in that pop up to Email logs but that doesn’t work either.

Garbage

Does not reliably work. Running latest iOS version and crashes before loading intranet. Every 10th time or so it may work. Not useful at all and it used to work like a champ.

Not a Fan

I’m not a fan of this web browser. Many pages don’t render correctly on varying devices, like iPads or iPhones, including cloud-based services. If I was not forced to use it by my company’s IT department, I’d be using Chrome, Safari, or Edge…

Not recognizing MDM profile

Installed MDM profile, not recognizing the profile being installed. Now intelligent hub is stuck on a boot loop. Greattttttt
