Signed up for this finally
Took forever for my to finally get to install this but as GameStop goes to work towards proving better content digitally this app helps reading the magazines on my iPhone 12 Pro Max
TOTAL JUNK!
I switched from a physical subscription to the digital thinking that I would be able to read the magazine from my iPhone/iPad…. I WAS WRONG! I’ve had a digital sub for 2 years now, & still can’t log in to the app. Keeps telling me that my user name and/or password are wrong. The only thing wrong is in the head of the person who ok’d this app for public release. This app feels like it’s still in EARLY BETA. NEVER WORKED, UNINSTALLING…

App doesn’t “ find” my pro member account. Even when I provide all information. Horrible.
Half baked app?
Logged in. One screen for “Issues” of GI. No way to sort or filter the list it has a categories button that has one option “all”. So every game informer there is. No “library” of owned GI issues. I own the Aug 2022 issue but in this app it acts like I don’t? If I want to read it I have to pay for the issue. Clicking subscribe says I already have a subscription. The menu has 3 options. Issues, account, and help. Account just tells you that you’re logged in and gives you the option to log out. Someone probably got paid a ton to build a crappy app and then someone got paid even more to approve the half baked app and release it…

Not sure what the problem is?
For those having issues theres tons if info in the faq to solve your issues. I struggled with signing in a bit but the faq solved my issue. Great magazine and a good app

Love Game informer & Cheap Annual Subscription. Guys Make Sure to create 2 Accounts with the same login credentials GameStop/Game informer. I was lost too lol, I contacted Customer service & They we’re Glad to Help me. Blessings.

Heard a lot of bad stuff about the app.
I wish it saved my spot, but really this has all you want in a digital magazine of GameInformer. The writing is always great. Awesome content.

Just doesn't work
I opened one magazine and can't find any way to get back to the main menu to select a different title
Unusable
I’ve subscribed to Game Informer for a while and the app has gotten worse and worse over time and now it is unusable. I got logged out of my account and can’t log back in, the requests keep timing out. Which means the servers in the back end are turned off, so, I have to presume Game Informer is no longer supporting this app. Their online help is worthless, I reinstalled the app and got the same result.
