Feeling great about it
While im getting ready for the test using my Hesi A2 book, and im taking some exam or practice on the app .I feel like having multiple exams from the book. It helps me a lot and everywhere i go even if i dont have my book i still can learn something new every second. LOL hopefully i pass my test and so do you. Painfully slow and progress reset 200 questions before “guaranteed pass” mark
When the app is running smoothly, it’s great. Unfortunately, it’s painfully slow in setting up a custom exam.
My biggest complaint is my progress was reset with only a few hundred questions until the “guaranteed” pass mark (I paid for the premium version). When I contacted customer support, I was told my account has just been set up that day. I received no response when I replied I paid for/set it up over a week prior.Show lesslost6009
great app, don’t expect same questions on actual exam
This app is great and helped me tremendously in my preparation for the HESI exam; I scored higher on the actual exam. I used this app faithfully for weeks, and would recommend it to anyone.
However, there’s one important thing that I should mention: Absolutely none of the questions from the HESI app appeared on the actual HESI exam, as I was expecting. I was a bit surprised, actually.
Also, in terms of app performance, everything works great except for switching between tabs. For whatever reason, the app is very slow to load some information. I found that to be the most frustrating part.

Can be great!
I don’t usually write reviews but this is the first time I actually paid for an app, so I had to! I like how the material is presented and it’s definitely easy to use. Explanations are concise and very helpful. But unfortunately, the app itself is problematic. It crashes constantly and doesn’t load your progress properly. I ended up using the website on my desktop for the most part, which defeats the purpose of getting the app on my phone in the first place. Material wise it seems very good (will update once I take my exam on Thursday), but the app itself needs work. UPDATE: I got an 87 on the overall exam. Vocab, grammar, reading comprehension and math are spot on. But Biology and A&P are NOTHING like the questions on the app so be aware.Show lessMunchkin312
Great purchase!
I used this app to help me practice for the HESI A2. I only had to take the Math, Grammar, Reading Comp, and Human A&P sections. This app really helped with the style of questions that I saw on the exam. Study prep for HESI A2
So far I’ve been studying for 3 days from the in app purchase (which I also highly recommend) and it’s been amazing! At first I was freaking out because I had no clue (for the most part) what the answers were. I kept studying even though I felt discouraged. I studied the explanation(which they also provide) and now I’m scoring 85-91 average on the HESI practice exams. Works!!
I had my HESI today, and used this as my primary study tool the past 3 weeks along with a little bit 4th edition of the book. I ended up getting an 88!! I got really high grades on my English and math, and an 88 on anatomy. The anatomy section was not super similar to the practice questions in the app, so I’d recommend studying a bit more thorough. The app is not loading properly
I am having issues with being able to see how many questions in each section I have left. I also cannot see each percentage anymore like I used to because it’s not updating. I don’t know if that’s the update issue or what but I would like to know how many questions I have left to do so I can plan accordingly. I would give it five stars but it’s not loading well, it kicks me out after five minutes or while I’m doing a test. I hope this issue gets fixed soon.Show lessandrea_dior
Don’t even question if you need this—- you need this
I really loved using this app to review for the HESI 2A. I focused on just answering these questions and looking at the answer explanations they provide then supplementing my reading with my own old text books or online searches. I was able to get a cumulative score of 92.4% after studying for about a month and a half (while working and taking classes).
The app was really helpful because If I wanted to really sit down I could use the platform on the computer or if I was commuting I used it on my phone.

Perfect app for practice but just one problem.
With the purchase of the app, you’re given over a thousand practice problems that are very useful and give explanations for answers. I like how you can even create your own custom exams of up to 100 questions given any subject that you would expect on the HESI as well. My only problem with this app is that the screen would occasionally freeze, and I would constantly have to close and reopen the app. Please fix this because it’s SUPER annoying.Show lesschristinetrann_
