Great app but unfortunately the photo feature doesn't work after in app purchase. Would love ability to add my own questions. Please keep developing the app.

Guys use this on the job to enter data there and then, then and report is compiled and sent directly back to us. It's fantastic and no more chasing up paperwork!!!

Very powerful in the workplace....
Quite a smart layout this application enables the user to take a more practical approach within the workplace, enabling one to maintain a database of daily tasks incorporating safety this is a must have.
I highly recommend this application as it can be adapted to many industries in the workplace, the embeded email function is excellent and it has a great interface.
We have persued the developers to possibly take on a more in depth package catered to our company's needs, as we believe it will benefit us saving both time and money.
