Over 2 weeks cold turkey
I do like this app. Especially, when you need a distraction. It helps a great deal.
“An Incomplete App”
I guess its a good app if you never relapse, but if you do relapse, there doesn’t seem to be any way to enter in the app. It was very frustrating to see the notification “still going strong?” when the answer was no, and there was no way to provide the answer of no. I kept the app for quite a while despite relapsing several times, and i came to see the accumulated days of being “smoke free” as a vicious mockery. If there was simply an easy way to log the days where you slipped up, i think it’d be much easier to figure out what your triggers were, and ultimately it’d be easier to quit.

you can do it!!!
130 days! I recommend this app!
Great App
It’s nice to look at each day and see one day down and the rest of my life to go.
Quit buddy
I enjoy reading the other folks ideas and helpful hints. It’s very motivating to know you are not alone. Enjoy seeing the days and dollars adding up. Highly recommend.
Keeping me Straight
I have to be honest becausw when I lie I’m only lying to myself. It’s only been 2 days and boy I feel like giving up but then I look at the health benefit and my 2 days of no smoking and that was enough to encourage me to keep going.
480 days
My use has lessened over time but still enjoy checking on my achievement! Originally I was looking every day and posting pics of my child to give me inspiration. Gets easier and easier, not that very occasionally I don’t have the urge 😀 but confident this time I have succeeded. Last quit was over 10 years ago and lasted a couple of years. Then had a significant life event and I let my guard down then took me another 8 years to quit again. Not going back now 🙏🏼

Awesom
I loved this app. At first I visited daily which helped me to see others were in the same situation as I was. Almost 1 year smoke free and loving it. Huge kudos to this app.
Helpful for tracking
I didn’t use this app much, would just use it to count the days and $$ saved. When I quit it didn’t have the functionality to hold a more immediate conversation although that seems to have been fixed. The only real problem is the inability to stop the trolls and this has upset some users who’ve not been able to continue using the app. Otherwise it seems to help people get support they might not have otherwise.

Three Months plus
The QuitBuddy App has been a bit of a saviour for me and I’ve been smoke free for 96 days. I think the content and interaction is lacking a tad however it has worked for me. One of my work colleagues recommended this app to me on day one or two of giving up and logging in each day has inspired me to keep off the smokes. Nothing else on the app has really engaged me other than $ Saved, Mg of tar avoided and #of Cigarettes not smoked. I think the best thing is seeing how much money I have saved/wasted since I stopped smoking (over $4000 in 3 months). I do understand that this is a free app so I cannot be too expectant however I do thank you for what I have achieved so far.
