Leave a Review NWS Weather
Thanks for the narrative
The narrative has disappeared from the free apps I’ve used I figure NOAA info should be free and as written. Thanks for that. I wish it wasn’t broken up into sections that seem like dumbing it down.Love easy access to NOAA forecast discussion
I used to dig around to get the forecast discussion. Now it comes right up! You can select which noaa office you want from a map. If you subscribe, you can also save favorite stations.Simple is great
I love this app, simple interface, just NWS text, pick the office, perfect replacement for weatherunderground after they removed link to NWS scientific discussion.Fantastic
Finally an app that gives you full info on the weather and not only those minimal icons with sun clouds and droplets. A real pleasure to use and support. Thanks for making it.No light mode
Great app but newest version drops user choice for light and dark mode, defaulting to dark mode. Also iPad version hides full text with side bar. User must touch text to see it and touch again to see side bar. Bad idea. Older version better. Please fix these.Excellent information
As a long distance backpacker I need raw information on weather as I'm out on the trail a month I find Deep Weather to fill this need in keeping me informed on what is ahead weather wise for the short term and long term forecasts. I've learned to trust it and rely on it for its information, which in turn helps me formulate, and or adjust the hike plan as needed. With learning weather patterns and reading the clouds as they appear in the sky, I'm very seldom caught by surprise with weather events.Show lessThe Best Weather App. Period.

You get a detailed, accurate analysis of what is, and what is to come.
Spot on. No hyperbole.Unparreled narrative and weather commentary
I have been looking for some time to get this sort of commentary for weather weather local or somewhere else. This compendium of analysis is almost complete, if they could attach links or their own source for jet stream forecast animated maps, radar, and assortments of maps winds, temps, and frontal position, then this would be king and I would only need one source, alas I do still have to see these others to complete my thirst; however, for narrative this is unparalleled. Cannot speak highly enough or recommend enough.Show lessGreat information
If you’re like me and want deeper information about our weather Deep Weather is for you. As a boater, the local forecast isn’t enough for me. I need to know more about what is happening so I can form better judgment about the safety of my boat and her crew. Deep weather is the best weather discussion I have found.Show lessExcellent information source
The NWS Forecast Discussion is a great way to understand what is likely to happen and get a sense of the unknowns that may impact current forecasts. Really good for looking out a week or a bit more. Needs better controls to allow you to select your initial view like the whole discussion on the first screen.Show less
