It is easy to have your stylists schedule available within this App.

GREAT -- SUPER EASY!!
This app is really easy to use and helped me avoid the one thing I hate more than anything in Suburbia -- waiting in line! It took me about 20 seconds to start using the app and get checked in. I would have waited 20-30 minutes, but instead I walked in and as soon as they finished with someone I was up! Even though there were two walk ins sitting there, I slipped in ahead of them because I was checked in. COOL! Service was reasonably priced and staff was professional. Thanks!!

Poorly maintained. Needs lots of work.
As a stylist at a Supercuts, I have guests tell me that the app isn’t working MORE than when it is working. They either can’t find our location (never shows up on the map), or it wouldn’t allow them to check in at all, it’s never outside of business hours or during a wait longer than 45 minutes either so there’s no reason they should have this issue. I also think that the developers need to include more than just a haircut as a service selection for our guests. It is extremely frustrating when someone checks in and we see just a haircut on our end, come to find out they actually want a full head of highlights or any other time-consuming color service that we are not aware of and aren’t quoting a correct wait time for the in-store guests waiting. There’s a MASSIVE time difference between a haircut and a color service. If we see ahead of time that they are already planning to get color done, it allows us to see and quote a more accurate wait time. We’ve had this issue for as long as the app has been out and we constantly are being asked why we don’t have more service selection options. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!!! FIX THIS ISSUE!!!! It is beyond frustrating. Half the time I don’t even recommend the guest to use the app because the wait times they are seeing are inaccurate half the time. I just tell them to call the store instead.

Easy to Use, Check In and Find MySalon
Love this app. Saves me time. Sends me to the front of the line with other people who just walk in. Allows you to see if a SuperCuts is particularly busy so you can pick a time when you don’t have to wait. As a male with simple cut, this app will draw and keep many customers who do not to wait. It is such a relief to understand your wait time before you arrive. Also, since it check you in, the stylist can see what type of style you had last time and can just confirm specifics on how you want the style this time. Huge plus for a person like me who doesn’t remember the clipper size from haircut to haircut. All around a great app and user friendly. Must have for a SuperCuts customers.

Only two options available, waxing or super color. No stylist names. No available times.
Remove asap-big brother is watching
This app requires 'always on' gps, allowing it to run in the background and monitor and report all your location data to supercuts. This was killing my battery until I realized which app it was and I removed it. Poof, battery life restored.
I don't know about you, but I don't know of any reason why a haircut appointment app would need background monitoring of my gps data. Maybe when running to find the nearest location could be justified, but not this 'big brother' crap.

A useful tool to have
Supercuts App Functionality
I find this app is perfect for me. I live close enough to the store where I can make the appointment and make my way there in time. It works flawlessly and my wait rarely exceeds my reserved time.
