Literally the worst app ever
Was ridiculous the steps I had to go through to even set this up (ended up having to visit the bank in person). Only works maybe one fourth of the time, it mostly opens to a blank page. When I do get to enter login info, it says it is incorrect even though I know it is right. Spend more time locked out of my account and looking at blank pages than seeing how much money I got in the bank.

Not working
Just randomly stops working FREQUENTLY. Usually it’s only a day- but this time it has been over a week . Not to mention they have not sent out information regarding the fact it is not working and what they intend to do to fix it. Very inconvenient

You’d think with the only reason they’re in business is because of the people that they would wanna keep us happy. Well I guess not anyways app has been down for awhile and I’d say it’s time to switch banks. Kinda sad especially since I’ve been with them for almost 15 years it’s been fun but PNC here I come.

Bank app
This is the worst app. I have not been able to login or use the bank app for almost 2 weeks. This is the most frustrating experience.
Terrible banking app.
I haven’t been able to login for a week because of “system issues”. When I called the bank I was told to uninstall and reinstall and that should fix it and then the lady hung up on me. Guess what it didn’t fix the problem.
Does Not Work
This app hardly ever works. It’s been down several days now.

The app hasn’t been working for days now and I cannot get in contact with any of the call centers or local branches. This is making me want to switch banks. I’m worried about a potential data breach.
