The app is down again. It has been for days. The app is down often and now the website isn’t working. Very disappointed Whitaker bank.

Called the bank today because the mobile app has not worked for two days. The representative told me to uninstall and reinstall the app and it should work. But alas, it still is not working. This is very frustrating.

Worst Banking App Ever
I’m not one to complain about anything, but you can’t even use the app. I always have trouble logging in. I haven’t been able to access in over 3 days now. Someone needs to get developers on this that can keep a necessity functioning.
