  • RUN this is a scam!!

    Avoid Shop and Ship like the plague! This shady outfit, in cahoots with the disgraceful ArMex shipping company, not only mishandles packages but actively destroys valuable documents. They obliterated my Mexican birth certificate and "lost" my United States born abroad certificate – both of which took me an eternity and a small fortune to obtain.

    And if you think that's bad, hold onto your hat. The only package they manage to deliver is the one I insured – at an exorbitant cost, mind you. But wait, there's more! They had the audacity to charge me over 20% on some bogus inflated value for used tech. I shelled out $200 in so-called "taxes" for a $300 item! And let's not forget the initial shipping fee of $70 – highway robbery!

    Oh, and the cherry on top? They conveniently forget to mention that they'll hold onto your package for a month before informing you that you need to trek to the capital city, endure a godforsaken hour-long train ride, and waste hours drowning in paperwork just to retrieve a laptop and some shampoo.

    Save yourself the torment and steer clear of Shop and Ship and their accomplices at ArMex. You'd have better luck throwing your package into the nearest black hole – at least there, you won't be gouged for "taxes" and forced into bureaucratic purgatory.

  • The worst! Service went from being decent to utterly worthless

    The app has not worked in over a year, however Customer Service is still making suggestions that require use of the app to solve the problem. You can’t even login, so how does one use features on the app to solve?! The whole company needs to shutdown for a while and revamp. The fact they are still operating with all these issues has to be some sort of crime. I can see a class action lawsuit in their future.

  • In iphone 14 pro max the app is not working well

    I recently upgraded my iphone from iphone XS to iphone 14 pro max and the application in new iphone is always required to login and when logging in it stucks at loging page and needed to close the app and reopen to get logged into the account and it is happening all the times but in iphone xs it was working perfectly…. Disappointed……

  • Utterly frustrated

    I don’t know what happened Aramex/S&S but the services used to be good. Now customer service is almost impossible to reach directly. None of the payment methods work I always get an error occured try again later. Not to mention, the shipping prices are so high. 💸
  • Latest update payment improvement

    Newest update makes it so the payment page cannot be accessed “missing script “ so that’s not helpful at all especially when we are waiting for things to be delivered in a certain time frame .

    Please test updates before making them live to avoid these issues .
  • The worst app ever

    I ordered 3 shipment with amount of 400£ and they lost it there is no number and they need more than 24 h to reply to the emails Asking me for proves that the shipment has been delivered. What’s the address this is weird they should do their job and find the last shipment officially. Everything is clear in the shipment package and the email. I don’t recommend this app for anyone. It’s a disaster…

  • Incompetent and dishonest

    Shop and ship and Aramex are incompetent, dishonest and do not care about customers.

    They do nothing to assist you and make up for their own mistakes of which they are plenty. They will delay your parcel, overcharge you and provide no compensation or apology. Customer service is non existent. They simple do not care or do not have any brains.

    Stay away from shop and ship and use alternatives.

  • Good experience

    Been use it over 10 times. Never had issues at all.
  • Very slow shipping

    I think I wasted my money on subscribing in Flex plan. This is the 2nd time my package got delayed. They told me it should take between 3 to 6 days to receive your shipment but it is almost 10 days now and I didn’t get my package yet. Every time I email them even with a different question about my shipment they always answer the same like it is an auto reply email.

  • NOT RECOMMENDED

    The most unprofessional and inexperienced customer service i have ever seen.
    A shipment sent that contained money was rejected in the NY OFFICE ( forwarder) and they refused to return to sender.
    After a month of phone calls and emails back and forth and threatening to destroy the shipment i was able to get back some of the items since the package was opened and 200$ stolen.
    People DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE !
