Astonishingly bad IT for such a large company
Just downloaded the app because I’m not able to update my address online. The app hangs after logging in, so needs to be closed and reopened to access the menu. Accessing My Account returns the message fails to load user account. Really surprised it both the website and the app can be this bad - not optimistic about using the service

Stopped Working
Was working fine but just noticed I can no longer access the app just freezes when it’s opened and stuck. You need to fix this!

Avoid Shop and Ship like the plague! This shady outfit, in cahoots with the disgraceful ArMex shipping company, not only mishandles packages but actively destroys valuable documents. They obliterated my Mexican birth certificate and "lost" my United States born abroad certificate – both of which took me an eternity and a small fortune to obtain.
And if you think that's bad, hold onto your hat. The only package they manage to deliver is the one I insured – at an exorbitant cost, mind you. But wait, there's more! They had the audacity to charge me over 20% on some bogus inflated value for used tech. I shelled out $200 in so-called "taxes" for a $300 item! And let's not forget the initial shipping fee of $70 – highway robbery!
Oh, and the cherry on top? They conveniently forget to mention that they'll hold onto your package for a month before informing you that you need to trek to the capital city, endure a godforsaken hour-long train ride, and waste hours drowning in paperwork just to retrieve a laptop and some shampoo.
Save yourself the torment and steer clear of Shop and Ship and their accomplices at ArMex. You'd have better luck throwing your package into the nearest black hole – at least there, you won't be gouged for "taxes" and forced into bureaucratic purgatory.

Poor
9 times out of 10 the app doesn’t work (won’t accept log in details). The website is not much better. You receive emails telling you your parcel is on its way and there are charges to be paid, and then you can’t log on anywhere to pay them. Needs fixing.
Useless
This app has always been terrible, much like Aramex and their customer service. But now it doesn’t work at all, logging in does nothing, it just sits at the login page. Their website isn’t working properly anymore too, they really are a disgusting useless company.
Very poor App
Poor. Doesn’t store password or allow face recognition, so have to sign in manually every time. Keep having to reset password, and then is slow to log in, but really quick to tell you you’ve got the wrong details, so not just a slow app, but a painful app.

DON’T USE THIS JOKE OF A “COMPANY”! Tried to order automotive grade paint from the USA which beforehand I checked their list of unacceptable items and it does not list it so I thought great I’ll order it. Item arrives at their New York dispatch and I get a message saying it’s unacceptable and they won’t ship it. I reach out advising the item is NOT on the lists of unacceptable items and I don’t get a response. I have to send a follow up message and I get a response saying someone will respond. A week goes by and still no response so I email their global contact team. I get yet another automated response saying someone will be in touch. ANOTHER week goes by so I send ANOTHER follow up message and two days later I get a blunt response from a Terri Butler who is apparently an international “customer service” team leader that states “ Your shipment coming from The United States is Unacceptable and are unable to send your shipment to Australia. You can either return your shipment back to the shipper ( at your cost ) Or we can destroy the shipment.” Well gee thanks a lot Terri. No apology that their list didn’t show my item as unacceptable so now I’m out of pocket for that plus the fact this wasted TWO WEEKS just to get a response like that! Not to mention their webpage and poor excuse of an app is buggy as hell. They’ll upload images of your item to review once it arrives at their dispatch centre but if you try and open the links you get a webpage error. Great job guys! PLEASE IF YOU ARE READING THIS DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE SHOP AND SHIP! If ANYTHING happens that involves you needing to contact their “customer support” teams YOU ARE SCREWED! I will NEVER use this company or Aramex again.

Calculate shipping in app!
Love that you can calculate the cost in app and not have to speak to an agent over the phone or via email
Customer service does not respond, package destroyed as a result
90% of my submissions to customer service are not responded to, there is literally no way to contact customer service. Just use a different company that actually has customer support. I am a paid flex member so that doesn't even help.
The only way I have got in touch is via instagram and I receive the same message , we have passed this onto the relevant team.... you know the drill. This is my second package that has been lost or destroyed by shop and ship because they can't get back to me within 30 days ( there policy is to destroy after 30 days)

The App no longer works.
I am unable to log in at all using this version of the app, so have reverted to using the website.
The service from Aramex is great, however the app, that used to be handy, is now useless. It would really help customers if it were fixed, and incorporated a facility for uploading invoices.
