The worst! Service went from being decent to utterly worthless
The app has not worked in over a year, however Customer Service is still making suggestions that require use of the app to solve the problem. You can’t even login, so how does one use features on the app to solve?! The whole company needs to shutdown for a while and revamp. The fact they are still operating with all these issues has to be some sort of crime. I can see a class action lawsuit in their future.Show lessDisappointed in Kuwait
In iphone 14 pro max the app is not working well
I recently upgraded my iphone from iphone XS to iphone 14 pro max and the application in new iphone is always required to login and when logging in it stucks at loging page and needed to close the app and reopen to get logged into the account and it is happening all the times but in iphone xs it was working perfectly…. Doesn’t work
Seemed like a good idea but the log in details I used on their website won’t let me into the app. Bigger problem is that the address they offer for the Philippines doesn’t comply with the choices in Shopee’s drop down menu and the phone number comes up as invalid. In short - a waste of time signing up. I haven’t given them any money who knows where the data went. AvoidShow lessxLordLucanx
Same complaint as everyone else…
Service has been good so far, but trying to log in to app and it’s static. Won’t budge. I’ve updated it, so looks like I’m just locked out of my account - great!Louisectj
No customer support and buggy app
We are flex members and several packages have had random weights assigned to them. Even if the initial courier DHL sticker said 1kg, they charged 3.7kg. No response from customer service. Complete waist of money. Use a different company.cratts
Very poor
I first reported issues with being unable to pay Bayan fees (Customs) directly to the company in early 2022. Its now March 2023 and the same problems still exist. Each time I submit requests I get very vague and confusing replies. If I could give zero stars I would but I have to give at least one to leave this review.Show lessAvh8ter

Utterly frustrated
I don’t know what happened Aramex/S&S but the services used to be good. Now customer service is almost impossible to reach directly. None of the payment methods work I always get an error occured try again later. Not to mention, the shipping prices are so high. 💸Feko55
Latest update payment improvement
Newest update makes it so the payment page cannot be accessed “missing script “ so that’s not helpful at all especially when we are waiting for things to be delivered in a certain time frame .

The worst app ever
I ordered 3 shipment with amount of 400£ and they lost it there is no number and they need more than 24 h to reply to the emails Asking me for proves that the shipment has been delivered. What’s the address this is weird they should do their job and find the last shipment officially. Everything is clear in the shipment package and the email. I don’t recommend this app for anyone.
