  • Incompetent and dishonest

    Shop and ship and Aramex are incompetent, dishonest and do not care about customers.

    They do nothing to assist you and make up for their own mistakes of which they are plenty. They will delay your parcel, overcharge you and provide no compensation or apology. Customer service is non existent. They simple do not care or do not have any brains.

    Stay away from shop and ship and use alternatives.

  • Good experience

    Been use it over 10 times. Never had issues at all.
  • Very slow shipping

    I think I wasted my money on subscribing in Flex plan. This is the 2nd time my package got delayed. They told me it should take between 3 to 6 days to receive your shipment but it is almost 10 days now and I didn’t get my package yet. Every time I email them even with a different question about my shipment they always answer the same like it is an auto reply email.

  • Great when it works, but often doesn’t

    This is a great app when it works, but one out of every three times I open it all my packages and info disappears and I have to log out then back in again to get them back. Pretty annoying.

    I joined with app and paid 120$

    You can’t use the service and there is no one to talk with when I contact aramex they said we have nothing to do with aramex
  • NOT RECOMMENDED

    The most unprofessional and inexperienced customer service i have ever seen.
    A shipment sent that contained money was rejected in the NY OFFICE ( forwarder) and they refused to return to sender.
    After a month of phone calls and emails back and forth and threatening to destroy the shipment i was able to get back some of the items since the package was opened and 200$ stolen.
    People DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE !

  • Mr trust

    The application is not reliable. It charged me for a shipment twice. I called customer service where they promised a refund. It has been three months and still no refund.

    Unfortunately these people play with the weights of the shipments. They add few grams to move you to the next higher price. It happened several times where I checked the weights of the shipments upon arrival and found out that the shipment is a little bit lighter than what they are claiming. I checked the rate calculator on their application and found out that this slight increase in the weight is enough to increase the price to the next level.

  • This must be the worst app ever

    I really don’t understand why they cannot fix the bug on this app opt now you have to sign in all the time over and over when you use an apple phone please wake up do something about it forHeaven sakeAnd you cannot see anything it’s too small the fonts please do something about it we are spending a lot of money on with this app

  • Your app needs total renovation.

    Screen size for iPhone 11 pro max is not supported. Part of screen is below the bottom edge. The keyboard hides the password field, so you don’t see what you are typing. Also cannot click on history at the lowest bottom edge where the swipe up bar is. Every time you open the app you need to login. Cannot retrieve any information if you exit the app and open again.

  • A joke

    The delivery service through ShopAndShip is a joke. Unfortunately it is not a funny one not even by stretch. I’ve been chasing my delivery for the past five days my emails get answered with one response: case closed. The phone operators are really friendly but they do not provide any real service. they have my address wrong my phone number wrong and even my PO Box that they issued to me wrong.
    The worst part is that when the shipment finally arrived the individual delivering it does not give you a receipt for the money you give them. How is that even possible in this day and age is beyond me, for a company that alleges it is working with international standards to collect money from people and not give them something in return in the form of the receipt is scandal. If you call them they will tell you will send you a receipt if you ask for one. question is why should I ask for one? Why wouldn’t you give everyone who pays you money a receipt on the spot, and not have them to go and ask for it or chase you for it. Is that even allowed by law?
    The sad truth is that whoever runs this company or the ShopAndShip service in particular never actually has to deal with these things, so for them they probably think everything is OK, because they live in a bubble and their shipments get delivered to their offices. Perhaps they should try and order something and not have it done through their secretaries that they will realize what a mess this whole thing actually is.
